LOCATION/NOISE 🔶Due to our central location near downtown, guests may experience elevated noise levels and increased foot traffic, especially during evenings and weekends. While we are unable to control external noise or activity, you are welcome to contact our on-site security from 6pm-6am to report anything in the building, such as noise complaints during quiet hours. The pool is also a very popular amenity in the summer and is quite lively, especially during weekends. AMENITY CLOSURES 🔶All on-site amenities are shared with other guests in the building. Although extremely rare, temporary closures may happen from time to time for maintenance or repairs and are outside our control. No refunds will be provided if any amenities are unavailable during your stay. MAINTENANCE 🔶As with any home, maintenance issues may arise at any time during your stay. We will do our best to request service as quickly as possible to minimize any inconveniences. The on-site maintenance team is also on call for emergencies 24 hours a day.
