Other things to note We are in the middle of the village in a residential area. Close to everything and, at the same time, quiet. On Rua da Lagoa, you'll be steps from the river's edge, the village's "downtown," and also super close to the beach. Loft Almar has a living room with a sofa and smart TV, a full kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a mezzanine with a queen-size bed and workbench. A deck balcony in front of the house with table and hammock, cold shower, laundry area with a simple tank and clothesline in the outdoor area. Solar water heating integrated with electric in case of lack of sun, air-conditioning, bed with 4 pillows and extra blankets. The entire property is fenced. We are pet friendly, as long as your pet is good-natured. Kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner stove, blender, sandwich maker, pots, Italian model coffee makers, cutlery and crockery. Basic items such as salt, sugar, coffee and others are included. Daily cleaning from Monday to Friday included and change of bed and bath linens every 3 or 4 nights.
