The studio has a flexible open layout with a double bed and sofa bed, making it a comfortable base for couples, solo travellers or families visiting London. A relaxed, understated place to stay in a lively neighbourhood. The space The studio is a generous, open-plan room with an en suite bathroom. It contains a double bed and a sofa bed, allowing flexibility for different types of stays. The space works particularly well for couples, solo travellers, or families with children. The studio can sleep 4 adults, but may feel cramped, with 4 fully grown individuals, so it's not recommended for more than two adults plus up to two kids. bookings for more than two adults may be considered in some circumstances, by prior agreement. The studio is set on a quiet residential mews, which makes it noticeably calmer than most places in London. Inside, the space is simple and understated, it has a chest of drawers and some hanging space. Please note that the property has a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. It includes: a microwave (no cooker or hob) a kettle a small fridge basic crockery and cutlery There is no sink in the kitchenette. Drinking water is available from the bathroom tap. Washing-up liquid and basic cleaning items are provided. Your hosts live above and will usually be on hand to welcome you and answer any questions. Of course, no unbooked guests are permitted. Other things to note There is a washing machine in the bathroom, however this is not available for guest use as it does not have the required safety certificates. Washing, but not drying, can be done by hosts by arrangement, for a fee of £10. The roof terrace mentioned in reviews is no longer accessible to guests. There are no longer any shared spaces, apart from the patio. The outdoor seating and tables table are for guests exclusive use. Strictly no smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside. Vaping is only permitted outside. No un-booked guests are permitted at any time.
