Enjoy this cozy place to stay with family or friends, a 4-minute walk from metro 11. You can access the center of Paris from the house, with metro line 11 just at the end of the street. The whole house is yours during your stay, we will not be there. You will find the house empty of personal belongings: make yourself at home! Bed linen and towels are included. The space The house is on 3 levels, plus a basement room with a washing machine. There is a balcony with lovely views of greenery, but no garden. The house is not suitable for coming by car. If you still need to, I can tell you about paid parking solutions with an app. The house is on one side absolute calm with lots of greenery, and on the other a busy street that goes up to the metro. (4 minute walk) The accommodation can easily accommodate 9 people, or even 10 with an inflatable mattress. There is only one bathroom but two toilets. On the ground floor, it's the common rooms: entrance, large living room, kitchen and balcony. On the 1st floor, two large bedrooms each with a double bed and the bathroom. Note that one of the two beds is a large futon bed. On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms each with two single beds (more suitable for children). Possibility to inflate a 2 seater air mattress if you need: there is a small room in the entrance that can accommodate this mattress, or the living room. The fireplace that is in the living room is not usable. The place includes beds for 9 people. If you have a 10th person, an inflatable mattress is available, and the house is big enough for you to put it wherever you want. The air mattress is self-inflating (all you have to do is plug it into an outlet to inflate it) and comfortable. Guest access The metro is well located since the metro is only a 4-minute walk up the street. Convenient to go quickly to central Paris or Disneyland Paris. The tram is currently under construction. The work can occasionally be noisy, but nothing prevents me from working when I'm working remotely from home. To give you an idea, it gives: 20 minutes to République Square. 25 minutes to Chatelêt les Halles. 30 minutes to the Louvre. 40min to the Eiffel Tower. 1h00 to Disneyland Paris. If you come by bike or scooter, it's very convenient to get around: I can give you more information if you want. Other things to note There are several board games available: Catana, Rail Adventurer, Smallword, Dixit, King of Tokyo, Dominion, Pandemic, ... There is a large TV in the living room, and we have left an HDMI cable so you can easily connect a computer or console. The upper bedrooms are equipped with sloping windows.
