Beach house with ocean view

The space The house is in a condominium where there are only 13 houses. It's one of the tallest houses. Climb a few steps and exit onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. It is on this balcony that there is a table where you can have breakfast and also eat a meal. Then, through one door, you enter the kitchen and through another, you enter the living room and then, next door, the dining room. Then, go up some stairs to be in the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which lead to a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. One of these 2 rooms was also made into a TV room. Guest access You can enter the condominium by car (2 parking spaces) through the electronic gate. On the opposite side of this gate is another access to the beach. When passing through the electronic gate, then to the left there is a swimming pool and a barbecue area. If you want to use it, just let the concierge know.
