Beautiful lake home 25 minutes from Notre dame. Plenty of space for family and friends for fun on sandy bottom, beautiful lake Baldwin. Fun bars /restaurants grocery a short walk away. Grill your steak in front of a beautiful sunset with upscale furnishings and bedding. The beds are awesome. Friends/guests always share this with us. We also have fun lake toys, which include, small boat, kayak, paddle board and swim raft! We welcome you to having a great time in our home. The space We have owned the property for 10 years and have had many memories on the lake. The sandy bottom lake, is awesome to swim/lounge. There are a couple of sand bars on the lake, which is always fun to visit. As referenced, we have a pontoon available for rent. We also have a paddle board, small boat, kayak and plenty of life vests for your use Neighbors are awesome and helpful. We have a sonos sound system in the house, internet and access to all the TV streaming services. Other things to note No Smoking inside of home.
