Strategically located at the intersection of W. Osceola Pkwy. and FL535, you're at the gateway to Florida's wonders. This means you can easily get to places like shopping centers, restaurants, and famous theme parks. This property offers access to exceptional facilities: a modern clubhouse with a business center, kitchen, fitness center, and spa; a lazy river; a swimming pool with water slides and a splash park; plus a restaurant & bar, playground, sports courts, kayaking, and mini-golf. Accommodating up to 14 guests, this 5-bedroom home features on the first floor two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and another with a Transformers theme, complete with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a trundle. Next to the bedrooms, a fully equipped laundry. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all combined in one big space. You can cook, eat, and relax here. There's also a private pool outside in a covered area. Upstairs, there's a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. There are two more bedrooms – one is decorated with Avengers and has two full-sized beds. The last bedroom is all about Mickey and Minnie Mouse and has a king-sized bed. There's another shared bathroom on this floor. This property is professionally cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected, and the unit is stocked with new essentials for your arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with professional-grade disinfectant, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap at high temperatures. Our cleaning team wears gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, ensuring a safe environment for your stay. Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns. We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Must be 21 years old to make a reservation. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
