Smoking not allowed in the apartment and the balcony is penalized with 250 US dollars. The space Our newly renovated apartment has 3 bedrooms with a view of the water and nature. All furniture is new and fresh. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note Elevator missing Absolutely no smoking indoors and on the balcony is allowed punishable by 250 US dollars. Boats, trailers of any kind, caravans and jet skis are prohibited. Respect the residents on the floor while avoiding running around the apartment.
