Located just 5 km from the Fonte da Telha beach, this spacious house has 6 bedrooms, with capacity for up to 14 people, and 3 bathrooms, ideal for large groups or families. ✅ The house has a large swimming pool with jacuzzi, as well as a canopy that can be closed to maintain the water temperature. ✅ In the backyard, you'll find an outdoor table with BBQ and support kitchen ✅ Fully equipped outdoor kitchen. 🔆 For an additional charge of €60 per night, you can heat the pool up to 35°C The space 🏡 The 400m² house consists of: ✅ 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 people 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 3 bedrooms with double beds 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (50 m2) ✅ 1 spacious living room ✅ 3 full bathrooms In the backyard, you will find an outdoor table, barbecue and BBQ support kitchen, creating the perfect environment for outdoor dining. 🛋️ The living room includes: ✅ Smart TV ✅ Dining area for 14 people 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The entire house has air conditioning. 🌿 The pool with jacuzzi has a canopy that can be closed in winter, keeping the pool temperature pleasant throughout your stay. The pool area has sun loungers, providing a perfect space to relax. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house without restrictions. Arrábida Natural ✅ Park (about 30-40 minutes' drive away) An area of great natural beauty with hiking trails, panoramic views and stunning beaches, ideal for nature lovers. ✅ Cabo Espichel (approximately 40 minutes' drive away) One of the most iconic sites on the Portuguese coast, with breathtaking views and hiking trails. Lisbon Historic ✅ Zone (about 30-40 minutes' drive) The city of Lisbon is within walking distance and offers numerous sights such as the Torre de Belém, the Jerónimos Monastery, the Alfama district, the Castle of São Jorge, among others. 🏡 About the Accommodation: ✅ Backyard – Equipped with dining table, support kitchen and barbecue, perfect for outdoor moments. House ✅ Disposition – The house is distributed between the ground floor and the first floor. 🏊‍♂️ We have the possibility to heat the pool through a heat pump, allowing the water temperature to reach up to 36°C, even during the winter. ➡️The heating service has an additional cost of €60/day. 🌡️The heating is applied for the entire stay, and it is not possible to hire only a few days (e.g. €50 x number of nights). Without the use of the pump, the natural temperature of the swimming pool varies between 19°C and 22°C, depending on the time of year. 🛏️ Towels and Lençóis: ✅ Each guest will receive a bath towel. ✅ The bathroom will be equipped with 2 face towels. ✅ All beds will be ready with clean linens. 🧹 For stays longer than 7 days: Intermediate ✅ cleaning (including change of sheets and towels) available for a surcharge of €230. ✅ Alternatively, we can provide an extra set of sheets and towels, allowing guests to exchange on their own at no additional cost.
