The space Enjoy a spacious and well-equipped apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay. The living area, featuring a dining table, desk, sofa and chaise longue, is perfect for relaxing and socialising. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. The sleeping area comprises two en-suite bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, basketball and football courts, green spaces and a private mooring. For your convenience, the apartment features central heating, a dishwasher, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat, including the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and study area. The outdoor swimming pool is also available for use. Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities cap (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If consumption exceeds this amount, the extra cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant is required to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service to take you directly to the apartment—just request it (price upon consultation).
