Bedrooms/Flex Sleeping Spaces: - Bedroom 1 features a king bed, a comfortable seating area, two closets, and a non-smart TV. HDMI hookup and remote for your own Roku or gaming system. - Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a desk. - Workout Room - For fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym equipped with boxing equipment, mats, and a futon for flexible use. 50” smart-TV. French door close the gym and office from the living room. - Office - Equipped with a printer and a Murphy Bed for flexible use. Open to the gym/futon. Two Large Bathrooms: - Bathroom 1 is conveniently located in the hallway near the bedrooms, offering a double vanity, a shower, and a linen closet. - Bathroom 2 is located off the great room and includes a shower. Parking: -Ample street parking is available, accommodating large vehicles such as RVs with ease. We are flexible and will work with you to ensure appropriate parking arrangements. -Please note no parking in front of the neighbor’s house directly to the left if looking at the house. Guest access -Guests have access to the entire unit with a private entry -Outdoor area included patio, hot tub, and grill are shared by the owners; however, we're happy to coordinate usage to provide privacy. Our dog uses a fenced off side yard. -No mail to the unit. Deliveries are welcome and will come to our front door. You're welcome to grab them from the front or let us know to keep and eye out. Other things to note -Fast WiFi, poor cell service for some, Verizon is good -Basement apartment in a single family home. -Must like dogs, our dog uses the fenced off side yard. -Large dog that can be heard upstairs -No separate thermostat; however, we’re happy to adjust the temp for you -Space is best suited for no more than 6 adults + kids (no baby proofing) -The outdoor spaces are SHARED including the Hot Tub and BBQ; however, we’re glad to coordinate with you to provide privacy. -Some stairs and multiple levels. -420 friendly inside and outside.
