Other things to note All trash must go out Sunday evening, beach passes must be put back upon check out or you will be charged for them. Please be good to this home- treat it like your own with love and care. Dishes, Linens, Board games, put everything back the way you found it. The grill is a very high end infrared grill please allow 10 minutes for it to heat up keep in mind there are vinyl railings if they are melted due to negligence you will be charged for it.(Neglect/ Damage charge starts at $250 ; if not more based on actual damage) When using the complimentary beach passes, they need to be put back at the end of your stay (otherwise you will incur a $150 charge for beach passes)
