With capacity for 4 people, our apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed. The decoration is fresh and modern, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere to make you feel at home. In addition, we have a sofa bed available in full size in the living room. The living room is the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach. With comfortable sofas and a flat-screen television, you can enjoy your favorite shows or simply relax while listening to the sound of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You will also find a dining area where you can enjoy your culinary creations or plan your beach adventures. The apartment has two air conditioning and internet access, so you can stay cool and connected during your stay. We also provide clean linens and towels, so you don't have to worry about anything other than relaxing and enjoying yourself. The location is unbeatable. We are just a few steps from Boquerón beach, where you can enjoy crystal clear waters and white sands. The place offers a variety of restaurants with local and international tastes. Among the walking alternatives are: Sabor N' serious, 101 West, Pika Pika, Roberto Gastroteca, Tacos & Flowers and Barola Gastrobar. Local supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers and bakeries nearby. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and to the swimming pool located front of the apartment. Other things to note There are linens, towels, as well as an ironing board and iron for your use. We are providing some bathroom essentials such as body wash, shampoo, condition and hand soap. For special occasions we offer a service of flower arrangements with wine, charcuterie and chocolate. Ask for available package. Please note that while we strive to provide a comfortable stay, occasional power outages may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or utility maintenance. In the rare event of a temporary service interruption, we will do our best to assist you and provide updates. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any such issues arise during your stay. Apartment is located on the first floor. If you need to wash clothes outside of the building, there is a laundromat located in Boquerón (Boqueron’s Laundromat) which is about a 15-minutes drive from the apartment. Also we have available a small washer and dryer. Please note that if towels, sheets, or bedding equipment are damaged or affected, the guest will be charged accordingly. Also is important to know we request the email of the guest who makes the reservation and all the names of the guest to complete the check in process.
