Smoking is prohibited inside the property. The TENANT is subject to fines and eviction if the number of occupants exceeds the allowed or contracted number. If the tenant refuses to remove the extra occupants, besides the fine, all guests will be asked to leave the property. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and will be conducted by the Sidnei Pinheiro Real Estate team during the service hours until 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be communicated in advance and will incur an additional fee of R$50.00 for travel. Check-out will be conducted by the Sidnei Pinheiro Real Estate team, with service hours from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
