The Condado has more than 110,000 m2, more than 45,000 m2 preserved from the Atlantic Forest <3 The space Casa do Condado is 30m2, with an integrated living room, bedroom and kitchen, and many windows to contemplate the entire forest in the outdoor area - even while taking a shower! The wooden deck offers even more comfort in contact with nature, with 20m2 to enjoy! Guest access Get full access to all 110,000 m² of the County. The wooded area and path to the lake are not yet signposted, risk of falling and injury on the part of guests. Other things to note The house is on top of a mountain, 1.7 km from the paved road, taking a dirt road with an uphill slope. We recommend paying attention to the day of arrival, especially at night and in the rain.
