Exception for pool/lawn care and trash service. Guest Verification Notice To protect our property, neighbors, and guests, we reserve the right to require additional guest verification prior to check-in in accordance with Airbnb policies and applicable laws. Verification requests may include: Government-issued identification for the booking guest. Confirmation of the names of all adult overnight guests. Confirmation of the purpose of the stay. Confirmation of expected occupancy during the reservation. Check-in instructions and access codes may be withheld until any required verification has been successfully completed. Other things to note - Initial Starter kit will be provided (paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, washer/dryer). Please note this is only a starter kit and you will be responsible for replenishing these items once they are gone for yourself. - Kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker (keurig & drip coffee), etc - Living and bedrooms each have Smart TV/Roku for streaming services. - For small children we have a pack and play, a baby bath tub (please note both bathrooms in the home are stand-up showers only), and an ultra compact high chair. - Alexa Echo DOT in kitchen. - Bathroom has hair dryer. - Iron and Ironing Board - Four Beach Chairs, umbrella and cooler. - Beach Towels - Two full bathrooms. - Request tenants to roll trash cans to road on Tuesday evening and back on Wednesday to keep property trash free. - Smart smoke/carbon monoxide detector in hallway. - Fire Extinguishers under kitchen sink. - First Aid kit under kitchen sink. - Please pick up after you pet before departure. - Vacuum and cleaning supplies onsite. - Please do not turn down the air condition below 72 degrees as it will damage the A/C unit.
