I recommend bringing pool towels. Guest access Guests will have access to the flat after check-in at the reception. At the time of booking, you will receive a voucher authorizing the stay. Please be aware of the number of people, as check-in will only be allowed according to the reservation made on Airbnb. Access to the Lacqua diRoma water park will be allowed after check-in. The pools are in the Park in front of Lacqua diRoma 1 and not inside the condominium. There will be a special discount on tickets to the diRoma Acqua Park. I emphasize that access to the flats is via stairs. Not accessible for people with special needs Other things to note The maximum capacity of the Flat is 5 people, including children and infants of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed for the number of people present on the reservation and on the personalized voucher that I will send after confirmation of the reservation. All guests must present an identification document at check-in. It is a complex of 5 Condominiums. The flat is located in Lacqua di Roma 1. Well located, close to the Condominium's reception. In case of delays in checking out (11 a.m.), a fine equivalent to 2 nights will be charged. Please note that the windows and balconies of Lacqua di Roma do not have a protective screen, so it is the sole responsibility of parents to ensure the safety of their children Since the maids do not wash dishes, I recommend bringing disposable kitchen utensils. In situations like this, I will do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible; however, depending on the situation and the defect, it will take longer to repair or replace the equipment. The same reasoning occurs with the common areas of the Enterprise (Condominium), whether internet, restaurant, swimming pools, fitness center, game room, sauna, bathtubs, parking... In cases like these, there will be no full or partial refund of the amount paid for the reservation. And not even a change of reservation. *** Common Use Fee: Guests will be charged at check-in, at reception, the amount of R$10.00 per person, per reservation. This is a mandatory fee stipulated by the Condominium. There is no way to anticipate or postpone it, and it can be paid by credit card, debit card, Pix or cash.
