Other things to note The building has a few rotating parking spaces (22 spaces), on a first come, first served basis. We do not guarantee a spot in the reservation. If there is a free space, you can use it following the condominium rules. • In a reserved space, leave the key on the windshield or on the tire. • Vehicle movement is the responsibility of residents/guests. Parking is managed by the condominium, unrelated to the host. Fines, damages, or irregularities will be passed on to the guest. If there is no vacancy, there is paid parking next to the B&B Hotel, two buildings away. Mandatory vehicle registration: to try to use a parking space, we need the following data: model, color and license plate. Submission must be completed by 8 p.m. After this time, registration can only be carried out the following day.
