Kick back and relax in this stylish, calm space. Vanessa's studio is a cute, self-sufficient little pad nestled in the backyard of a friendly family home in quiet, suburban South County Dublin (40-60 minutes from Dublin City Centre). With its own private entrance, a basic kitchenette, WiFi and towels provided, it's perfect for a short stay for one or two guests. Infants up to 2yrs also welcome (travel cot available) and it's pet friendly. The space Compact, independent studio with a double bed, lounge area, dining area, bathroom and kitchenette (equipped with a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, small fridge and sink...no stovetop!). Situated behind the family home of an experienced Airbnb host, in a quiet suburb of South County Dublin. Private entrance with lockbox for seamless check in and out. The residential neighbourhood is called Johnstown and it's between Glenageary and Cabinteely in the district of Dun Laoghaire. Guest access The property is a fully independent studio apartment in the rear garden of a detached family home. Guests have their own private entrance behind the main house and can avail of free on-street parking right outside. Other things to note The family home next door is occupied by your host Vanessa, her three college-student sons and their beloved little dog, Luna. The neighbouring house on the other side is occupied by Vanessa's parents. There's always someone around who can help guests when needed! There is free on-street parking right outside. The property is a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stops and 30-minute walks from the train and tram stations. *BUS routes to and from CITY CENTRE: E1 offers 24-hour service (Cabinteely bus stop), and- 7, 7A (Killiney/Glenageary bus stops). Journey time: 40-50 minutes. (See dublinbus website). Also serviced by bus routes L26, L27, 111 and 45A for Dun Laoghaire, Dundrum, etc. *AIRPORT BUS: Aircoach Route 700 to/from Cabinteely Cross. Journey time: approximately 80 mins. Walk from bus stop to house: 8 minutes. *WICKLOW BUS: For trips to sightsee or hike in Wicklow, the regional bus Route 133 (Bus Eireann) passes Cabinteely Cross once an hour. *TRAINS: 30-minute walk to Glenageary DART station for coastal train to Dublin City Centre, Greystones and Howth and connections to Irish Rail routes. *LUAS: 30-minute walk to Lehaunstown LUAS stop for inland tram to city centre, Dundrum and north Dublin. SHOPS: There is a convenience store (Centra) at a 5-minute walk from the property. Large supermarkets (Lidl and Tesco) are a 15-minute walk (5-minute drive) away.
