The apartment is on the ground floor on the courtyard. Carefully chosen very designer furniture. Warm atmosphere with a bedroom and living room. A bathroom with shower, toilet . The living room is composed of a sofa bed, coffee table and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen for your stay (microwave, hob, refrigerator, Nespresso machine) and a dining table. Ironing equipment and hairdryer available in the apartment. The apartment does not have a TV. Sheet & Towels in the apartment. There is no soap or shampoo. Guest access The apartment will be entirely for you. Guests will feel at home, with no special restrictions except respect for the places and the neighborhood. Other things to note You will have: • Bathroom towels & linens provided, only one large towel per person, only hand towel. A few rolls of toilet paper for the first few days . Coffee capsules are not provided and one blanket per bed. Guests should make sure to leave the apartment in a state of cleanliness and tidiness as they found it upon arrival. A cleaning fee may be claimed if these rules are not followed. The cleaning fee actually corresponds to the linen fee for the service provider who is responsible for washing bed sheets and shower sheets, and the preparation of bedrooms and shower rooms.
