The space For the comfort of our guests, the property includes: -1 Suite with Queen bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning; -1 Bedroom with double bed and air conditioning; -Living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV; -Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, pots, dishes, and utensils; -Dining room with table and 6 chairs; -1 Social bathroom; -Balcony with barbecue; -Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); -Wi-Fi available; -1 parking space (fits a truck/SUV). The apartment is located in a condominium with excellent infrastructure. * NOTE: Guest entry is only permitted after sending the necessary documentation to confirm the reservation and register at the reception (please contact the host in advance to send the details of all guests). *The cleaning included in the price is done only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. *One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
