Designed by architect Bruno Zaitter, the tiny houses of Villa Langma were built in a wood frame, facing Pedra do Baú, to provide our guests with a unique experience focused on well-being and integration with nature, generating a sense of peace and coziness. With a fully equipped kitchen and a market, our guests can cook their meals. For cyclists, we offer guide service and mountain bike rentals. Access from the auditorium on a dirt road, accessible to any car, is only 4 minutes. Our distance to Pão de Açúcar Campos do Jordão, 7.5 km, 14 minutes, and to Capivari, 10 km, 19 minutes. ABOUT VILLA LANGMA: Wood frame construction, completed in May 2023, we opened on May 22, 2023. Villa Langma has a fenced area of 5,350 m², contains 6 buildings, the owners' house, 4 tiny houses for rent, a container with service areas: bicycle rack, market, laundry. We have a vegetable garden where guests can pick spices, herbs and vegetables available during their stay. Guest access By renting a tiny house, you have exclusive and private access to your tiny house and access to common areas such as: - A vegetable garden with vegetables, seasonings and teas for harvest at no cost. - Mercadinho da Confiança, with food, drinks and wine list, pick-and-pay system. - MULTIFORMA dry sauna for shared use. - Specialized mountain bikes for rent and, if necessary, a guide service. - Parking. - Shared wooden table in the garden. Other things to note We have a dog, Brownie, who is usually loose at certain times of the day inside the property. All tiny houses are pet friendly and we provide a Zissou bed for your pet if it is up to 15 kilos.
