The space **A typical mansion of contemporary aesthetics and pops of blues, browns and greens where you can laze around with your kids, take leisure strolls with your better half and treat yourself with the finest and the calmest - something that the city life deprives you of. 1. Towards your right is the first bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) on the ground level offering unobstructed views of the garden and the lawns, equipped with a television. Walk out of this bedroom and you'll reach the bright and breezy living room that again, overlooks the pool and the lawns. 2. The first level comprises the other three bedrooms (each with ensuite bathrooms) and the highlight of the home, the Game Room! The Game Room, due to its all-window interior, has natural sunlight playing peek-a-boo for the most part of the day. It comprises a huge pool table, table tennis, a large television set, books to escape the world with and a powder room. -Bonding over games and fun? This is where it all happens! 3. A patio at the end of the living room stands with an outdoor bar and a sitting area perfect for basking in the early morning sun or kicking back in solitude with your favourite drink after a hearty dinner. Clubbed with some poolside loungers is an al fresco dining setting under a tamarind tree, that smells of nostalgia where you can share stories with your little ones over a happy brunch. 4. Furthermore, a suspended bed swing at the extreme end of this lush green garden and a short walking pathway are some winsome spots where everyone in the family can chill. 5. We've made sure to equip the villa with all the amenities you might need, including fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. Guest access 1. Our Guests will have uninterrupted access to all the spaces Indoors (Living area, Bedrooms, Games room) & Outdoors (Pool, Lawn) and amenities except the kitchen. 2. We do not give access to our kitchen hence our chef will be serving you at the dining table or at the Sun lounger by the swimming pool. 3. Kitchen can be only accessed by all moms & dads for cooking meals for their infants. Other things to note 1. We allow late check out options upon availability. So please do check with us prior. 2. Our chef will spoil you with lip smacking food. So be prepared for it! Made with fresh produce our team locally procures. That is at an extra cost, inclusive of Lunch, High tea, Dinner and Breakfast (next day). **Adult ( 12 yrs & above) Veg : ₹2000 + GST, per day. Make it Non Veg. It is ₹200 additional. **Child ( 6-11 yrs) Veg ₹1500 + GST, per day. 3. Seafood and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional rate payable as per actuals. Whatever the fisherman's catch of the day is! 4. We do not allow outside food. 5. DM me for milestone celebrations or other events :) 6. We also promote longer stays. 7. In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hrs of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. 8. Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room
