FIRST RENTAL Family house with private pool, barbecue, complete gourmet space, located in the Park Imperial condominium, in Caraguatatuba. The Park is a condominium with a lot of security (24-hour patrols by the guards) and exuberant nature, cut by streams of crystal clear water and situated at the foot of Serra do Mar, just 2 km from Massaguaçu beach, with restaurants and supermarkets in the region. The space The house is a beautiful and extremely well-kept townhouse that accommodates a maximum of 12 people, including children, we do not make exceptions for more people in the residence. The condominium controls entry, and we will need the details of all guests for authorization. We accept ONLY SMALL pets and their presence must be communicated at the time of booking. The house has no gate at the entrance and has a garage for 4 cars, we have camera monitoring outside the property. CONDOMINIUM Located in one of Caraguatatuba's most famous condominiums, Park Imperial is set in a forest reserve next to the woods. In it, you will also have the opportunity to cool off in streams and a delicious natural pool with a waterfall and a kiosk that sells basic necessities and serves tasty homemade meals in the midst of nature, all within a short walk. At the entrance to the condominium there is also a playground equipped for children. Close to the Massaguaçu, Cocanha and Lagoa Azul beaches, it is a unique place that mixes the best of the beach with the mountains. It provides great contact with nature and even the possibility of seeing typical animals of the Atlantic Forest, such as sloths, toucans, anteaters, monkeys and others (IT IS EXTREMELY FORBIDDEN TO FEED OR TOUCH THE ANIMALS). Pay attention to the condominium rules described below! BEDROOMS The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suites). Suite 1 has a double bed and a single bed, with a balcony to the outside area of the house. Suite 2 has 1 double bed and 3 single beds. Both are upstairs and have TVs. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has four single beds, the bathroom is next to the bedroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have air conditioning, bedroom 3 has a fan. INTERNAL ROOM The living room is next to the internal kitchen of the house, has sofas and cable TV with SKY and WI-FI internet. GOURMET SPACE In the outdoor area we have another kitchen, with a table for 10 people, barbecue, microwave, TV, refrigerator, electric oven, stove and laundry. Outside there is also another bathroom. SWIMMING POOL Located in front of the house and next to the gourmet area. DO NOT enter the pool with glass or sharp objects. Attention for those who have pets: the pool is on the same level as the outdoor area and has no protection on the sides. The pool attendant always leaves the pool in great condition before each guest arrives, and during the stay he may show up in the morning on some days to keep it clean. However, some strong winds or rains can bring down leaves and organic matter overnight. The pool hammock is available to guests. The pool engine room is for the exclusive use of the pool attendant. Guests are not allowed to touch the pool motor without first consulting the host. In case of damage to the motor caused by improper use and without the prior authorization of the host, the repair amount will be charged to the guest. Guest access CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in, check-out and delivery of the keys will be done by the housekeeper at the time of entry and exit, she will also be available for questions or emergencies (as well as the host). An entry/exit control is carried out at the condominium entrance, and we will need the names, guest document numbers and vehicle information (model and license plate) to authorize everyone's entry with the Park administration. Upon arrival and throughout the stay, the host will be available by phone to answer any questions or needs. After the guests leave, a house inspection will be carried out at the time of cleaning. Other things to note HOUSE RULES We always try to welcome everyone in the best possible way, and to leave the house in order so that they have the best experience possible. We count on your understanding and care, and ask you to carefully read the notes and house rules below: IMPORTANT REMARKS When leaving, close all windows and doors of the residence. Turn off the air conditioning and lights. Avoid turning on the 3 showers at the same time as the 2 air conditioners. Do not turn on the electric oven and microwave (both in the gourmet area) at the same time. Open the doors by the handle and NOT BY THE SCREEN, they are super sensitive and tear easily. No sharp objects in the pool. The glass door of the laundry room, in front of the washing machine, must be kept CLOSED. The washing machine is not available for guest use. HOUSE ITEMS: It is the guest's responsibility to take good care of the house as if it were their own, taking responsibility for any damage caused by the misuse of furniture, electronic appliances, swimming pool, barbecue grill, or any item that may be damaged due to improper use. If you have questions about using any equipment, the host will always be available to the guest; Please let us know whenever something is damaged or broken during your stay. Accidents happen, and we want to replace/repair so that our next visitors always have everything available. Cases of misuse or abuse will be charged; DO NOT TURN ON THE ELECTRIC OVEN TOGETHER WITH THE MICROWAVE. VISITORS: Visits by any guests of the guests are strictly prohibited in the house. CLEANING The cleaning fee charged in the reservation refers only to the daily rate of the professional responsible for the DAILY cleaning of the house after your group leaves. Her job is to perform the normal cleaning, that is: washing floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bed linen and towels, in addition to sanitizing, reorganizing and preparing the house for the arrival of the next guests; Guests are aware that this cleaning fee DOES NOT INCLUDE cleaning of excessive dirt caused by parties, misuse of bathrooms and other environments, as well as any other damage that may be observed and photographed in the inspection after the departure of their group. Any such damages shall be reimbursed by the guest to the owner. DISHES Guests are asked to wash all used dishes before leaving the house. Washing dishes is not included in the cleaning lady's tasks, and food scraps in the sink can attract insects, as cleaning cannot always be done on the same day of your departure. In case of non-compliance with this rule, we will have to pay the cleaning lady extra, and the guest agrees to reimburse the owner for this amount. Guests are asked to clean the barbecue grills when used to avoid attracting insects. TRASH Guests are responsible for removing all trash from the house, bagging it properly, and placing it in the trash cans near the entrance or in front of the house. It is FORBIDDEN to leave trash inside the house, on the street floor or not bagged, because due to the location in front of the forest, this can attract insects and other animals, in addition to violating environmental laws in case of improper disposal in the environment. BED LINEN AND TOWELS - NOT AVAILABLE, you need to bring them. CONDOMINIUM RULES Guests will have access to the condominium's natural pools, as well as the playground and restaurant. If you need tips from these places, you can count on the host; The condominium is in an environmental reserve, and has rules that must be fully respected, such as the prohibition of the use of fireworks or similar, the non-pollution of rivers and land, among others. Guests must respect and live in harmony with neighbors. Loud noise is prohibited from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., *only ambient sound is allowed during the day*. In the outdoor area, we already have a music system connected to the speakers. Any fines received by the owner for any breach of condominium rules and/or environmental laws during the stay will be passed on in full to the responsible guests, who agree that they will bear the costs.
