The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests. The space Just inside the door is a twin daybed for lounging during the day and a good, sound sleep at night. You can watch the hummingbirds while you sit at the fold out table enjoying your meal. Up the steep steps is the cozy loft with a comfy full size mattress with a foam topper. Beyond the daybed and stairs is a full kitchen with a gas stove, pots and pans and everything else you need to whip up a nice meal. You will find salt, pepper, oil and always good coffee. Beyond that is a tiny bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is a gas barbecue grill with utensils and skewers. The tiny house is very private with your own porch and meadow to enjoy. You are also welcome to explore the garden, greenhouse, pond, disc golf goal and trail through the woods as you like. Guest access There is private parking right in front of the tiny house and an electronic keypad lock. Other things to note There is an EV charger available. We ask for $.20 per kilowatt hour just to cover our cost. We have solar to offset some cost, but electricity is expensive here ($.33 per kilowatt hour + fees) If coming in winter, please note that occasionally cars without AWD or snow tires cannot get up our steep driveway. We get it plowed and sanded, but some cars still have to park at the bottom of the driveway when the weather's especially troublesome. If that's the case, we can offer rides up and down the driveway.
