Casa Dom Artur is on the sand, with 780 m², excellent for all kinds of celebrations. For a romantic season, with a wonderful view facing the beach and a lot to enjoy, celebrate with that barbecue and pool with a group of friends or simply travel and rest with the family. The house has 4 suites with split air, TVs, pool, pool table, wifi, kitchen and everything ready for you to feel at home and very comfortable. The house is very spacious, comfortable with all the structure. The space The house is very spacious, airy and beautiful, 3 large en-suites with a view, all with split air conditioning and TV, large living room with 70" screen with a view, spacious kitchen equipped with all household utensils, game room with pool table, large L-shaped balcony, 6 bathrooms, barbecue grill, swimming pool, lawn area with exit to the waterfront, in front of the beach, internal parking space for 5 cars and there is also space at the entrance of the house for more vehicles. The house is on the sand and very comfortable. Other things to note Important notice See conditions and fees for pets Pets are allowed as long as the owners are responsible for any damage and for cleaning up after them. Our space is fenced, but we are not responsible for any escape of the animal. Pets are not allowed on the beds or in the pool. - Smoking is prohibited inside the house, and if you smoke outside, we ask that you be careful and throw the butts in a proper container, making sure that the butt is extinguished so as not to cause a fire. - Conscious consumption of water and energy by all guests - When leaving the residence, please leave everything where you found it - Before leaving, put the trash in the bins
