The Edifício Internacional Residence is located on the waterfront, on the Central beach of Balneário Camboriú, in the 'Barra Norte' region. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach and also right in front of the Big Wheel, BC's famous landmark! The region is also well supplied by restaurants, markets and shops! The space The apartment is studio type, that is, the environments are compact and integrated! It has a kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven and all basic kitchen utensils), a living room with TV and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The apartment accommodates 3 people, (a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room). Guest access The guest must contact us in advance to arrange check-in, key delivery and car access to the garage. A parking space is included in the price! Other things to note To enter the pool, a medical statement may be required attesting that the guest has no contraindication to practicing sports in an aquatic environment. You can bring this certificate from home, or you can choose to take the exam in the building itself, depending on the availability of the doctor and the separate fee. You also need to bring the bed and bath items you are going to use! We try to do our best to provide the best experience for guests, but we're not a hotel, so the logistics of changing and cleaning bed linens wouldn't work for us.
