House number 02, is 50 meters from Mutá Beach, in Coroa Vermelha, in front of Barraca do Macuco, just across the street. Great place to spend your family vacation. This excellent house has air conditioning in the TV room and in the 4 suites that have enough beds for up to 11 people. It has a balcony with a partial view of the pool and a view of the garden. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property. The space The condominium is very quiet. Great neighbors. You'll always have the support you need to make your stay excellent. The second en-suite is on the ground floor and has 3 single beds and air-conditioning. ATTENTION: in the image, two of the single beds were placed together to become a double bed. The third en-suite is also on the ground floor and has 3 single beds. It also has air-conditioning. The fourth en-suite is on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and has 2 single beds that in the image were placed together to accommodate 1 couple. It has air-conditioning. ATTENTION: this en-suite has been prepared and is integrated with the laundry room. The shower in this en-suite is cold water, without heating. IMPORTANT: 1) We will provide bed linens and pillows for all guests listed above 2 years of age. 2) WE WILL NOT PROVIDE TOWELS. Guest access Parking inside the condominium is free. The condominium is located in front of Mutá Beach, in Coroa Vermelha, one of the most sought-after paradisiacal beaches in the region. The best known landmarks are the giant indigenous statues and the portal between the municipalities of Porto Seguro and Santa Cruz Cabrália, which are in front of the condominium. Other things to note READ CAREFULLY: - I will provide bedding, pillows and blankets for the exact number of guests stated in the reservation. Infants do not count. Therefore, I DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING FOR INFANTS UNDER 2 YEARS OF AGE. - I don't provide towels. - For bookings of 2 nights or more, there is no laundry fee. - For reservations of only 1 night, a laundry fee of 100.00 will be charged.
