The space The apartment is on the first floor and has no elevator, so there is a staircase for access. The garage is independent and closed. There are two bedrooms, a smaller one with a single bed and a larger one with a double bed. The living room has a 32" smart TV with open channels and the kitchen is American-style. The building does not have a doorman and the other apartments are occupied by residents, a place for families.
