A gated, quiet and safe condominium, 450 meters from Barequeçaba beach. This is the ideal choice for those seeking a refuge amidst nature, with calm and relaxing sea. 📌 NEW YEAR minimum of 5 nights. We do 📌 not provide bed and bath linens, please bring your own. 📌 Our condominium has a rule of only 8 people allowed per house, subject to a fine if it exceeds this established limit. The space Cozy environment where it sleeps 8 comfortably. The outdoor area is perfect for leisure moments, with a barbecue equipped with a sink, tables and plastic chairs. In addition, we provide parasol and chairs for the beach. On the ground floor you will find a large and modern living room, equipped with a sofa, dining table, chairs, TV and cabinets. This area is integrated with the open kitchen, which includes refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave and water filter. Well-equipped cabinets with pots and utensils are available for your cooking needs. Still on the ground floor, there is a comfortable suite with a double bed, wardrobe, TV and air conditioning for pleasant nights of sleep. The second floor offers a room/bedroom with a bicama, sideboard for bags and two armchairs, in addition to a balcony. On this floor are the other two bedrooms. One with a double bed, wardrobe, television, mirror, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The other, has three single beds, where it accommodates 3 people in a comfortable way, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Between the two bedrooms, the second bathroom of the house is located. This is the perfect place to gather family and friends, providing a pleasant and memorable stay in our seaside hideaway. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, with the exception of a closet in the laundry room that contains the owner's personal belongings.
