There is a double bed and a sofa bed in the flat, but we provide a single mattress if necessary. There are also some kitchen and bathroom items, if you need anything else you can ask us. Guest access There is an open area on the 3rd floor of the building for smokers. Other things to note The building does not have a garage, but there are 4 parking spaces in front of the building, on the sidewalk, but they are not reserved spaces. The flat has clean linens and towels, a minibar and air-conditioning. There is no elevator in the building.
