Paola’s apartment is located in the historic center of Milan, in one of the city’s most elegant, charming, and strategic areas, near the Arco della Pace. It is on the fourth floor without an elevator in a characteristic late 19th-century building with undeniable charm. Furnished with care and a love for art, it is a home full of character. Located in the building’s inner courtyard, the apartment is completely quiet, despite being in a lively and highly sought-after neighborhood. Despite the excellent public transport connections, the strategic location allows you to reach many of the city’s main attractions on foot, strolling through the tree-lined avenues of the city’s main park, Parco Sempione, while admiring open-air artworks by artists such as De Chirico, Arman, and Burri. Crossing the park, a 10-minute walk leads you to the Castello Sforzesco, a symbol of the city’s history. Continuing on, you reach Piazza del Duomo, where you can admire panoramic views of Milan from its rooftop, adorned with majestic Gothic spires. Just a few minutes from the apartment is La Triennale, one of Milan’s most creative exhibition spaces in the city center (don’t miss the aperitif on the terrace). Within a 5-minute walk, you can immerse yourself in the lively Chinatown district, a true hipster hotspot. In about fifteen minutes, walking through the tree-lined avenues of the park, you arrive in Corso Garibaldi and Brera, once artists’ quarters and now elegant districts dedicated to nightlife, dining, and shopping… and much more.
