All indoor and outdoor areas of the house are available for use, including suites, social areas, gourmet area, swimming pool, sauna, TV room, leisure areas, sports courts, garden, mini gym and exclusive beach structure. The property is located in a gated community, offering security and tranquility. Access is allowed only to previously informed guests, according to the condominium rules. During the stay, the house has a full staff, ensuring comfort, organization and support, while the guest enjoys the experience with complete freedom and comfort. Other things to note Other information about us The property is ideal for families, groups and private events, always respecting the rules of the condominium and the local peace and quiet. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization. Use of the common areas, swimming pool, sauna and sports courts must follow the safety guidelines informed at check-in. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The staff is hired directly by the tenants. The costs related to staff, food, beverages and any extra services are not included in the daily rate and must be paid separately. Events, parties or special celebrations must be previously informed and authorized, strictly respecting the condominium's quiet hours. To ensure a good coexistence, we ask that you pay attention to the noise rules, keeping volumes moderate, especially during rest periods. We ask that all guests use the property's items and spaces with care and respect, preserving furniture, equipment, and common areas. In case of damage, a charge may be applied according to the assessment.
