I kindly ask that only guests who have booked the accommodation are allowed to enter the house. However, if you wish to have additional guests to visit or stay, please seek the host's approval, which may incur an extra fee. If you require a late checkout, you may do so until 12:00PM for a pre-authorized fee of $50 on approval. To take advantage of this, kindly notify Host by 8pm the day before your scheduled checkout. A last-minute late checkout fee of $100 applies if requested on the day of checkout to reschedule cleaners. If you need an early check-in, I can arrange it for a fee of $50, subject to availability of cleaning schedule. Please note that guests do not have access to any locked rooms, closets or the garage. Other things to note Here are some important details to keep in mind: During winter months (Nov-Apr), please check road conditions and bring chains and a 4-wheel drive vehicle to ensure safe travel. For your safety, the front and backyard are monitored, and motion recorded by security cameras. Check with us to register children. there are some hazards in and outside the house that need adult supervision at all times, including but not limited to Stairs, fireplaces, cleaning supplies, hot tub, propane fire pit, etc. LATE CHECK-IN is the Guest's responsibility. The host may not be available after 9pm for service. I offer a flexible self-check-in process after 3pm on your check in day. It is your responsibility to update the host with your estimated arrival time and inquire about the check-in process after 9pm. The host is not required to be available as a 24-hour concierge. We will not award a full refund for guest's failure to follow instructions. We have and always will be vigilant with our cleanings to make sure all surfaces are sanitized. The cleaning fee covers bedding changes, sanitizing commonly touched surfaces, and minimal cleaning to restore the listing to its description. We are not responsible for guests belongings. If we find belongings are left behind, we will hold them for 2 weeks prior to disposal, unless food or drink items, dispose of immediately as discovered. Mid-Term Guest Policy: For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in: 📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person. 📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests. 📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host. 📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out. These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.
