Incredible Rustic House 10 km from Maragogi and 27 km from São Miguel dos Milagres. Located in Japaratinga, a quiet city that has everything for a great stay. The house is by the sea, with an exit in the backyard so you can enjoy the beach with peace of mind. We lovingly prepared the house so that you and your family and friends are well accommodated while being close to the main places in the Brazilian Caribbean. The space The house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen on the first floor, a farm with a barbecue area and a shower. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, plus a social bathroom, living room, swimming pool and a rest area next to the pool. The house also has a garage for 2 cars, and also has a laundry room. Guest access The guest must follow the instructions sent on the day of check-in to access the house. Other things to note At the back of the house is Japaratinga beach, a beautiful, quiet, calm beach, with bars and kiosks, little movement, excellent for great days of rest by the sea.
