The space First floor is a large space with living area, kitchen, bar, as well as a suite that can be accessed from outside, or inside the property (this suite features its own private kitchenette with private bedroom and bathroom). On the second and third floors you will find the main bedroom which features a panoramic floor plan and view, entertainment area on the opposing side of the sleeping quarters. This main bedroom additionally features two full bathrooms, separated, with access on opposite sides of the bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have full bathrooms attached, as well as large closets with plenty of space. The 4th bedroom features a Murphy bed within a room that can be utilized as a study or office, when bed is not in use. This bedroom also comes with its own full bathroom. The top floor is where there is the second patio area to compliment the spacious first floor patio. The ground floor patio area features heated jacuzzi and pool along with a palapa. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. There will be housekeeping services offered daily. Guest are more than welcome to decline these services if they choose, for some or all days. Other things to note Private Chef costs: Breakfast and Lunch $20 USD per guest, per meal Dinner $25-30 USD (depending on the main course) Additional guest fees: for groups over 14 guests, each additional guest will be an additional $49 USD per guest, per night.
