The space Eighth Street Townhouse is a 1 bedroom (1 bed, 1 pullout couch!), 1 bathroom home located in a quiet, but central part of Traverse City five minutes from downtown. Newly built, our home features a mix of modern finishes and personal touches to create a tranquil environment to relax and enjoy beautiful Northern Michigan. Our home is close to all Traverse City has to offer: beaches, hiking and biking trails, wineries, and more! The townhome is situated to ensure that you have the most relaxing stay and anything you need is at your fingertips. Guest access The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy during your stay, with the exception of one locked closet. Other things to note Our home is located in a townhouse community with neighbors in close proximity, so please be aware that no events, parties, or commercial photoshoots are allowed. Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am and are important to those living in the complex full-time. We allow a maximum of 4 registered guests (including small children) and one vehicle onsite at any time.
