Parking The parking per night for the hotel is $70-90. There is public parking available also there is a public parking lot next to Eden ROC hotel it’s $25 a night I believe. Other things to note Name as mentioned on STATE ID (REQUIRED) Must share the real State ID Names for the reservation as the hotel can only check in if the ID matches the booking when you book our place PLEASE SHARe if it’s diff from AIRBNB NAME name. CLEANING FEES IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a one time flat check out cleaning fee of $150 plus tax making it $148 which is not included in the fees and it will be charged at the time of the check out. That is a hotel charge. Any additional per time cleaning is $65 on top of the checkout cleaning. If you only prefer the check out cleaning, you can request clean towels from house keeping. To make sure you are not charged by accident for cleaning please call the owner services after you check in at EXT 3299 to let them know your cleaning preferences. It's important to avoid any extra charges. You can also let the host know at the time as well after you book and before checking in. The CHECK OUT is STRICTLY at 11 am. The hotel automatically charges 500 plus if it’s beyond 11 am. It is out of our control pls make sure you check out in time and let the front desk know. BLACKOUT DATES: On rare occasion we have to cancel the bookimg of the hotel meds us last min blackout dates as they manage the hotel suite. On our behalf we are bound to go with those black out dates. In those rare occasion we will do our best to make it work with alternative dates etc. HOTEL PARKING $70-90 per night. Next to Eden ROC hotel and our hotel is a public parking lot which is $25 per night AIR CONDITION Please make sure the balcony door after you go in or out is fully clicked in and closed.
