Hello! Welcome to Eglinton Crosstown located in the Keelesdale - Eglinton West neighbourhood of Toronto. We are revitalizing this property to retain it's beautiful charm as an old bank building. We are very excited with this room in particular with it's vault door as a beautiful centrepiece in this 2-storey loft! A very recent renovation to this space means you will enjoy up-to-date amenities, bedding, towels, furniture and more! The space As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living space that seamlessly combines a private kitchen and living room and bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare your favourite meals. Enjoy the convenience of a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and ample counter space to unleash your culinary creativity. Sink into the comfortable sofa and catch up on your favourite Netflix/Prime shows on the flat-screen TV. This room boasts two cozy beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for up to four guests. Both beds are located in the second-storey loft and are NOT separate rooms so please ensure you are comfortable sharing this space with the entire party. Additionally, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi access so you can stay connected. We look forward to hosting you and making your visit to Toronto comfortable and cozy. Guest access The main entrance to your apartment is shared with two other apartments and is located on the corner of Eglinton West and Yarrow Road. There is a smart lock fixed to the main entrance and the apartment door. A unique code will be provided on your arrival day to gain entry. There is also a ring doorbell fixed to the main entrance which DOES NOT connect you to your host - it is for the adjacent business. We are not providing parking at the back of the building at this time but there is municipal parking available only a short 2 minute walk away at Carpark 668 & 669. Rate Information: Monday - Friday: (5am - 5pm) $9.00 Max or $2.00/Half Hour Monday - Friday: Free Parking after 5pm Saturday & Sunday: Free Parking ALL DAY Other things to note We are located on a busy city street with a few construction sites along Eglinton Ave West. We have made special mention in our reservation that noise levels can be high in this area. If you are seeking a quiet residential area then I would recommend exploring some alternative options in the city. For leisure travellers, we kindly request that you conduct your travel research prior to booking. Toronto is a very large city.
