Outside you will enjoy the farmhouse style dining table and grilling area perfect for preparing and enjoying your home cooked entrees. The large, fenced-in yard offers plenty of room to roam, play cornhole, or sit around the fire pit for conversations and s’mores. The new hot tub will likely be the favorite spot to truly relax and unwind. The backyard has recently been upgraded with a new fence erected and is nearly completely enclosed to ensure guests have the ultimate privacy. There is a small walkway between the garage and the home that is not gated to allow easy access to the backyard or rear entry door to the home, from the driveway. Additionally, the home was upgraded with new carpet and fresh paint during the Fall of 2024. THIS HOME WILL BE DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS AND IS SURE TO PUT A LITTLE JOY INTO YOUR HEART FROM MID NOV-JAN 1 EACH YEAR! Guests should expect this unit to be lightly decorated, with a traditional Christmas tree and little touches throughout the home, from mid-Nov until the 1st of the New Year or beyond, depending on availability in the booking calendar to swap out decor. Guest access As a guest here, you will have access to the entire home. We use a keyless system for arrivals so there is no need for us to meet you on the property to gain entrance into the home. For added convenience, your door code will work on the front door or the rear door (which is closest to the driveway if you pull all the way in). Arrive at your convenience, with no hassles! Other things to note The large garage out back has plenty of space on either side to park your boat, trailer, or additional cars, plus as an added convenience, there is a gate you can access to walk thru the backyard and into the home. If you are into learning more about the Amish heritage, you will love that we are just 20 minutes away from the heart of Amish country. A short trip will allow you to experience many Amish stores featuring handmade items of all sorts. You can even take a buggy ride or enjoy an authentic Amish meal with a local family if you wish. Those who enjoy riding bikes or hiking will love the close proximity to the trails at Camp Camfield. Tabor Park is just minutes away should you wish to enjoy some scenic walking trails.
