This home has 3 large bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry and a spacious back patio with pergola and a cowboy pool plus a bbq. Great for a family or group of friends to hang out after a fun day of wine tasting or enjoying the sights of Fredericksburg. Sleeps 8 comfortably and 10 with pullouts. (Absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on property) Guest access Guests can enjoy the backyard, patio, grilling area and sitting area by the temperature regulated cowboy pool. There is a shared space outside under the carport (in the driveway) that contains a storage area that we may need to access from time to time during a guest’s stay. It is not viewable from most of the house, and it does not disturb guests inside the house. (Please do not explore the wine barrel cabins and respect the privacy of our other guests there)
