Time out Apartment Harmony

The bright, very modern equipped and stylishly furnished apartment (approx. 55 m²) with a sun balcony with a view towards Lake Constance is very centrally located directly on the waterfront of Friedrichshafen and on the Lake Constance cycle path. Very close to the train station, restaurants, beer gardens, bakeries, supermarkets, the harbor and the pedestrian zone. You are in approx. 1 minute walk to Lake Constance and the beach club. It is only about 4 km to the fair and the airport. Parking and fast Wi-Fi are included. Guest access The entire apartment is completely and exclusively at your disposal during your stay. There is no space that is shared with other people or guests. The outdoor facilities are shared with the other residents of the apartment building. Other things to note Cleanliness and hygiene matter to us! Our cleaners have always cleaned the apartment very thoroughly and conscientiously after each guest! Bed linens and a set of fresh towels per guest are of course provided. Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 4 pm and is fully automatic through a key safe and an electronic door lock with the corresponding access code, which you will receive by email 5 days before your arrival. Check-out on the day of departure must be by 10 AM. Please understand that an earlier check-in or a late check-out is associated with a significantly increased administrative effort for us and is therefore only possible upon request and for an additional charge. No pets are allowed in this house.
