Winterhuus

The Winterhuus in Westerland offers 180 m² of space for up to eight guests and impresses with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sauna for private use and a modern, open kitchen. The spacious terrace, enclosed garden and private parking complement the upscale comfort. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer and numerous leisure activities within walking distance complete the offer. Other things to note In the south of Westerland lies this spacious and luxurious middle house part. The furnishings make all guests' hearts beat faster: very beautiful colors, fabrics and tasteful furnishings create a luxurious ambiance for our guests. On the ground floor there is the hallway through which you reach the living/dining area with two sofas, TV and cozy dining set. The open kitchen is equipped with a counter block, oven and wine climate cabinet. From here you have direct access to the beautifully landscaped terrace with garden furniture (April to October) and fenced garden. Also on the ground floor is the first of four bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large built-in closet and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, you will find two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), very nice carpentry with plenty of storage space and a flat-screen TV. Two wellness bathrooms pamper you on this floor, one of them with shower/toilet, the other bathroom has a bathtub and toilet for you. The top floor houses the fourth bedroom with a cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm), as well as the fourth bathroom with shower and toilet. As a highlight of the house, there is a sauna on the top floor, which invites you to relax not only on colder days. Extensive meadows begin right outside the front door. A car parking space is at the house. One dog is allowed after prior registration and for a fee (€10 per animal/day).
