The hot tub is pre-filled for your stay and maintained weekly by a professional pool technician. You can turn on the hot tub by activating the ON button on the control panel. The optimal hot tub temperature is 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Please DO NOT OPERATE the hot tub under the influence of alcohol! Always use caution and step out of the hot tub if you start to feel dizzy or light headed. ► The back patio seats 10 comfortably. ► Pool heating is available between 4/15-12/15 when the outdoor temperatures are above 40°F for $48/nt for the length of your stay. 48 hr notice required for all pool heating requests. ► Horseshoes game is located behind the swimming pool. (40ft regulation size) Guest access ►Guests have full access to the property. There is ample parking in the driveway and garage for up to 4 vehicles. STREET PARKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Other things to note ► POOL HEATING will be an additional $48/day for the duration of your stay. We can have the pool pre-heated to 82° upon your arrival provided the payment is received 48 hours prior to your check-in time. The pool is closed from 12/15-4/15 annually. There are no fences around the pool so please always give caution when children are present and always keep the kitchen door locked ►We pride ourselves in providing a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE during your stay. We encourage our guests to contact us with all questions or concerns. ►Weekly lawn service is on Saturdays and weekly pool service is on Thursdays. Service technicians will utilize the side driveway gate to access the backyard. ►We have a STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY and ask our guests to please be mindful of our neighbors by respecting the quiet hours after 9 pm. You will be asked to leave in the event of noise complaints as all violations are documented and reported. The property is equipped with a cloud based device recommended by Airbnb which detects excessive noise levels and alerts your host when decibels reach levels outside the norm. ►We have a nightly rate of $50 for each guest above 8, up to a total of 16 guests. ►We have a $150 pet fee for up to (2) dogs. Pets must be listed on all reservation requests before arrival.
