Parking in another resident's space is strictly prohibited and may result in your fob being deactivated. If you have difficulty locating your designated space using the instructions we provided, you may temporarily park in a visitor parking spot. Then please contact us for assistance or further guidance, and ensure you move your car to the correct spot as soon as possible. Please note that overnight parking in visitor spaces is also prohibited and may lead to warnings from the building manager. ※ The cabinets in the living room are all fully occupied. Please use the built-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. ※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350 ※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid. ※ Standard Setting: 2x Queen size bed for 4 guests ※ Extra linen requested at extra $45. (Please confirm with us at least one day before you're coming) ※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour. ※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager. ※ Booking changes and other options The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived Note: Conditions for rebooking: 1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking. 2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability.
