Welcome to my apartment! One fully furnished bedroom available in a 2 bed/2 bath apt. The space You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a full closet. Shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has a nice terrace garden with an incredible view of east river and Manhattan skyline on 3rd floor. The Laundry room is in the lower floor of the building. Guest access You will have your own private room and bathroom as well as access to all the shared space (kitchen and living room). During your stay I will be at the apt to greet you in person upon check in. Will also be available to be reached anytime if you have any questions. I have a 12-10pm restaurant job. So I will only be in the apt in the morning/late night and rarely weekends Other things to note The building and apt keys are a little expensive to replace. The replacement will be $100.
