The neighborhood was first developed in 1925. The homes are older and amazing. The neighborhood is super quiet and a safe place to stay. All the homes on this street are at the top of the hill overlooking Harbor Shores Golf Course. St Joe is only a 7 minute drive south. South Haven is only 30 minutes north. If you don't feel like driving you can walk down the hill to North Pier Brewing Company and Harbor Shores Golf Course. The Arts District in Benton Harbor is only 5 minutes away. There is no better location than this. It is so close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. This home has WiFi throughout. We also have a smart TV that you can use to log into your streaming services (please don’t forget to log out when you leave).
