Guest access Guests have full access to the house, with their own private entrance totally separate from the adjoining house, where the hosts live. The driveway is shared with the owners, but guests have their own private patio area. Parking on site. Other things to note This property is located amidst farmland and close to a dairy farm. You may encounter farm animals and machinery on the approach lane and in the adjoining fields during your stay. Bantry is a thriving market town on the Wild Atlantic Way that plays host to numerous festivals throughout the year. It benefits from a superb location at the head of Bantry Bay, surrounded by hills and mountains offering miles and miles of waymarked walks and stunning scenery. Cork airport is an hour and fifteen minutes away, and the border with Kerry is 25 minutes away. The region is famous for its pretty villages, islands, stunning coastline, friendly welcome and great food. It is a magnet for cyclists, hill walkers and anyone who loves outdoor activities. The Friday market in Bantry town is one of the largest in the region, particularly during the summer months. Numerous bars and restaurants offer the best West Cork has to offer in the way of local music, local food and great craic. It has often been said that people visit West Cork for the scenery and come back for the people!
