The space In order to host you, we require the following information: - The reservation has to say the actual number of guests staying - You need to attach a clear ID picture front and back of every adult staying in the apartment - In order to use the pool or gym, a reservation is required to be made at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance -- hours may be subject to change. Please confirm with front desk on current availability. -The spa remains closed - Check in is at 3 PM (Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival) - Check out is at 11 AM (Please let us know the approximate time of departure) _____________________________________________ Floor to ceiling windows and a balcony with glass railings afford breathtaking views of the city of Miami, the Miami River, Downtown Miami, and Biscayne Bay. Modern decor, custom-made Italian kitchen cabinets and high-end appliances, a spacious bathroom with immersion tub/shower and his/her sinks, master bedroom with walk-in closet and a King-size bed, Full-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room, stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, tableware, flatware, glasses, cups, dishwashing soap and sponge, three pods for the automatic dishwasher are provided so you can cook and feel at home. Plus three coffee filtered pouches, creamers and sugar to start up the mornings! Bed linens, one set of towels per person, essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), are provided per stay. Our designer's building offers 5-star amenities with free-access with our amenities cards which we provide to our guests; 3 amazing pools located on the 15th floor with breathtaking panoramic ocean views. One of them is a reflection pool, the second one is a hot tub, and the third one is a lap pool, these make it the largest pool complex in the US. Stay fit at our stunning Fitness Center with multiple exercise classes, inclPilates studio, a state-of-the-art gym, locker rooms, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas and relaxation areas. And our Location! Is the best, we are right in the epicenter of Miami's fine dining, chic shopping, and art scene. Everything is either at walking distance or a short drive. Guest access We want to let you know that The pool will be closed Monday through Friday, beginning in July 2025 and scheduled to reopen maybe in December 2026. During this time, The pool and pool deck will remain open Saturday and Sunday from 7:00AM to 6:00PM.for residents to enjoy. This is due to some construction proyects that the building is going to make during this period of time. Work hours are Monday -Friday at 8:00 am. The noise producing work will not begin until 8:30 am and will finish at 6:00 pm each day. Stucco Project Scope: - As mandated by state regulations and building safety considerations, the Icon Brickell complex is repairing the building façade to ensure the structural integrity of the concrete and steel building frame. - Icon Brickell is also repainting the exterior of the entire building complex to restore the building’s appearance and to protect the restored stucco exterior. Our 5-star amenities are access-free for guests with the amenities cards we provide at the time you book with us, we just need the full names of all guests so we can register you/them on each amenities card. 1. Relax at our stunning Spa, soothe those aching muscles from swimming or from trying the new state-of-the-art gym, sink into one of three pools for some aqua-therapy (cold, warm, and hot) at the 5,000 square foot white and grey sanctuary, resembling a Roman/Turkish bath. Sit back onto a Starck signature chair or oversized comfy bench alongside a working fireplace and relax under life-like stars twinkling from the yellow 1,000 piece crystal chandelier above. We do allow long-term stays. If you wish to stay for more than ten days, send us an inquiry with your desired dates. Please note that for stays longer than ten days, a weekly in-stay cleaning is required. This includes cleaning of kitchen, bathroom(s), floors, light dusting, changing of towels and bed linens. The cost for this required service is $80 for a one-bedroom apartment. 2. We offer a weekly replacement service for towels ($20) and/or bed linens ($20). If you choose this service, please alert us 24-hours in advance and leave dirty linens in the walk-in closet. 3. Baby Package available upon request with a $50 fee per stay. Must be requested no later than 24-hours from check-in date. - High Chair. - Pack and Play; Changing table and playpen. 4. An inflatable twin-size mattress is available upon request with an $85 fee per stay. Must be requested no later than 24-hours from check-in date. 5. Pets: We do not allow pets. 6. Supermarkets: - There are 3 Publix in a 5 min drive. - Whole Foods is at walking distance. 7. Parking at Icon Tower 3 is Valet only. Here are the rates for ICON's valet parking and some other options for parking near the property: 8. If the apartment is not vacant by 11 am, we will charge an additional $150 for one bedroom and $200 for two bedrooms. Valet at Icon is $11 for 0-1 hours; $19 for 1-4 hours; $24 for 4-10 hours; and $34 for 10-24 hours. No re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car. b. Valet at the W Hotel (next door) is $42 overnight. No re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car. c. There are two metered parkings, 1 block and 3 blocks away d. At 701 Brickell (2 blocks away) overnight parking rate is a flat fee of $20 (Monday-Sunday, from 6 pm to 7 am)
