Cozy cottage in the countryside 25 minutes from the beaches

Old renovated farmhouse. Beautiful living spaces where nature is omnipresent; inviting relaxation, a few minutes from the village. Quiet, no neighbors. You are 10' from the beautiful city of the painters of Pont-Aven. You are 25 minutes from beautiful beaches, Concarneau (walled town, thalassotherapy). Lorient and Quimper are 30 minutes away. Central location for visiting South Finistère and Morbihan. City, countryside, sea... Various pleasures! Table tennis table in an outbuilding next to the house. The space The house consists of a kitchen with gas stoves, 2 ovens, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker. It has access to a west-facing terrace. A beautiful tree serves as a parasol! The living area is large and bright, giving access to a south-facing terrace with small pebbles. The living room is spacious. It is equipped with a sofa, and armchairs, a TV... A large table makes up the dining room. There is a seating area across the street from the stove. There are toilets on the ground floor, a laundry room with a washing machine and a saddler/coatroom. Upstairs we find 5 bedrooms, 4 beds for 2 people including one in the mezzanine and a double bunk bed of 90. Bathroom with shower and bathtub complete the floor. Finally, with toilets. 3 Bedrooms are south facing. The house is surrounded by gardens, a chicken coop. The property is enclosed. Nature is everywhere. This is a place where time stands still. It's a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Guest access One building is inaccessible (professional office) Other things to note Currently we have a hen and a cat. For a few eggs a week, the hen would like to be fed by her guests. In exchange for a few strokes, the cat would also like to have kibble in her bowl! Thanks for them!
